If you have received an online quote and you are dropping your vehicle off at a depot but don't know where it is, please be sure to give us a call prior to booking, as it will depend on the area we have availability for.
Generally most of our depots will be within the metro area however on the off chance it may be too far for you to arrange someone to follow you or organize a taxi to return etc.
We will provide you with the suburb only of our depots at the time of quotation, however once you have made your booking and payment has been received, we will then send out the full addresses once the booking has been confirmed. Please keep in mind this can take up to 1-2 business days to come through.
If you require an urgent drop off, be sure to advise prior to booking so that we are aware and will try to rush this along for you.
You cannot drop your vehicle off at the depot without your booking confirmation. (This is not the same as a payment confirmation). You will need a tracking reference number to provide to the depot when you are dropping your vehicle off as well as collecting. Without this number, the depot will not be able to locate your booking or know where the vehicle is travelling to.
Depots are only open from Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm unless otherwise specified.
