Transporting a non-running vehicle may be more expensive, but sit back and relax... it is possible.
If it is as simple as a flat battery, it may be easier and cheaper in the long run to get it changed first. Our drivers will not attempt to jump start your vehicle if they do come out to your address to attempt collection and realise the car will not start.
If you have a vehicle coming out of the auctions, make sure you advise us prior to booking as not all of our carriers will vehicles can/will collect from the auctions. We will need to know if your vehicle is coming out of a salvage area or has any damage whatsoever (e.g. Hail damage, major dents, missing or cracked panels, smashed/cracked/stone chipped windows, etc.)
If your vehicle has any major damage, (caused by car accidents, hitting kangaroos etc.) we are going to need photos of your car with the damage before we are able to send out a quote. Some damage may be too extreme for our drivers and vehicles to transport for you due to Health and Safety issues.
Minor damage, such as light scratches, small dents etc. will not be an issue however, if your windows/windscreen is cracked, smashed or chipped, we do need to know so that we can provide the correct truck out to pick your vehicle up! This must be noted prior to quoting to ensure you have been quoted correctly.
You don’t want to be stuck paying extra fee’s because you weren’t sure what factors needed to be taken into consideration. Do not hesitate to call or email us, we are here to help.
