There are currently delays Nationally of at least 5 business days on all services.
The last few moths have caused huge delays Australia wide due to COVID restrictions and border closures. We anticiapte this trend will continue for months to come in 2021 as more people holiday in Australia and use our services to transport cars and caravans. Border restrictions change very quickly and with the added volunes of new vehicles hitting the market, delays are inevitable and unavoidable.
We cannot estimate transit times accurately and quoted transit times may change during the journey of your vehicle. Please note that this is Australia wide and effects all States. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Due to volumes, and as a guide, Metro area collections and deliveries can take up to 6 business days to facilitate after you have booked - regional areas may take longer
DO NOT plan holidays, trips, meetings etc based on you receiving your car. Please make alternative transport arrangements and be prepared to be without your vehicle.
THE TRANSIT TIME TABLE BELOW ARE OUR NORMAL ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES FOR EMPTY VEHICLES (NO POSSESSIONS) IN THE CAR. These are depot to depot transit times, and are based on the cheapest quote option - not always the fastest option. We may have quicker options at higher prices available, so please call the office to enquire.
These are NOT door to door transit times. Door collections and deliveries may take up to a week in Metro areas and longer for regional collections and deliveries.
Transit times are in no way guaranteed and can change from the quote stage to the booking stage. These can also change while your car is in transit. We have no control over market volumes and each time your car passes through our depots in will join a queue. Car transport can be a long process for long distances and the car will go through many depots from point "A" to "B". Vehicles rarely go direct. They will encounter any delays that may exist in each depot. Peak season is coming so be prepared for delays and make alternative arrangements other than relying on your vehicles arrival at its destination.
Vehicles with possessions inside will take much longer to transport than empty vehicles especially in and out of WA that has quarantine inspections - as a guide add an extra 5 business days to the below.

How transporting your car works. Nearly all movements involve cars moving through our depot network.
Depot to depot - you drop off and you collect your vehicles from our depots.
  
Door to Depot - we collect and bring your vehicle to the depot for you before tranporting to the final depot.
Depot to Door - you drop off at our depot and we deliver to your door from the final depot.
Door to Door - we collect and take your car to our depot, then transport it to the final depot before delivereing it to your door.
THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME INDUSTRY AND MANY FACTORS EFFECT THE TRANSIT TIMES DAY TO DAY.
EXAMPLES DEALER SPECIAL OFFERS, END OF YEAR ROLL OUTS, SEASONSAL PEAKS, WEATHER, BREAKDOWNS ETC.
The above are ESTIMATES only in business days based on depot to depot movements and for fully running
and empty vehicles. Vehicles that are non standard or require specialised transport or contain possessions will take longer

Business days are Monday to Fridays and exclude public holidays in local states that the vehicle is travelling through.

Transit times are calculated from the business day after the car is dropped off / collected, not from the time you book.

Vehicles with possessions and/or non running vehicles have different transit estimates than those above. As an example Melbourne to Perth will be 5 business days extra for the basic depot to depot service.
